It was fortunate for me when I happened onto Facebook one day last year and found an ad for Beckon Call. Since it was a local firm and my windows needed to be cleaned, I gave them a call. I received a prompt, courteous, professional response and a very reasonable estimate on the cost. With very little wait time, Jim and his son arrived and cleaned my windows quickly and thoroughly and at a reasonable cost. I’ve just had Jim and his two sons return today to clean not only my windows, but the windows at a residence where my daughter moved from plus those at her new home. They did a wonderful job at all three locations. Additionally, Jim applied a moss killer to the roof of my home. All three of these men are professional in every aspect from their performance and desire to please to how they present themselves. I would not hesitate to recommend them unconditionally.

Jim and his son were like Santa Claus, they “Spoke not a word, but went straight to work.” That’s not quite true, Jim was quite cordial, I enjoyed chatting with him while he washed our screens (something a lot of window cleaners don’t do). Jim was recommended to us by
good friends in Albany, who heard about him from their neighbors. I had been disappointed with the person I hired last year, who charged the same amount but didn’t do a very good job. Jim’s
prices are reasonable and they did a thorough and professional job and cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend them to anyone. Also Jim seems very knowledgeable about window ‘stuff’ so he is a full service window service business. They even removed the removable plastic grids from our garage door windows and cleaned the garage door windows inside and out!
